I got hold of these irresistible gourmet salted egg yolk potato crisps and fish skin crisps from The Golden Duck last week. The husband was more excited than I was. We opened the pack and start munching on the crisps! Both the potato and the fish skin crisps are good. But other than munching them for snacks, we tried out a quirky pairing – put them on our salads/ greens!
The potato is perfect for those who are vegetarians while the fish crisps can be on the greens of those who are not. I think the fish crisps will be good in porridge or arroz caldo and omelet too while the potato crisps can be a good alternative as breading for chicken fingers or coating for cheese sticks. I’d like to try them next!
