Allergies are our body’s over active immune responses to normally harmless substances. Common allergies causes are dust, mold, pet dander, cockroaches, and pollen. Allergy attacks happen in the morning and this could affect our activities because of discomfort of itchy watery eyes, itchy throat, runny nose or sneezing.

Because the causes of cold and allergy symptoms are quite different, preventing them requires different strategies. The treatments are different for colds and allergies, that is why, it is always best to see a doctor to be sure.
To prevent cold symptoms, keep distance from people who have colds and wash hands often. To protect others, always cover mouth and nose when sneezing or coughing. To prevent allergy symptoms, avoid substances you’re allergic to. The good news is, allergies can be stopped quickly and easily. We do not have to suffer the whole day miserably itching and sneezing.
Claritin is a brand of antihistamine for managing allergic rhinitis or simply known as allergies. This allergy treatment does not cause drowsiness especially when properly taken as directed. That makes it an ideal allergy control medication for persons, like mommies as me, who need to be always on the go and in good condition.
Claritin for me incase I need allergy relief after a run
This is good news for me. Even if I get allergies after a morning road run – due to pollen and most probably also due to pollution, I can take the medicine without feeling drowsy. I can still be active for a fun time with our 3-year old toddler and other things I need to do for the day.

It will start airing in major TV networks beginning March 16.
